Description: A hardened steppes survivor, skilled in stealth and tracking. This particular scout is tasked with guarding a hidden approach to the mesa known as the “Hidden Hand,” ensuring no unauthorized individuals reach a secret location.

  • Mesa Passphrase: Upon defeat, the Bandit Scout may reveal a passphrase or signal that allows passage to a hidden path up the mesa. This phrase grants access to Hidden Path to the Mesa Summit.
  • Crude Map: The Bandit Scout carries a roughly drawn map of the area, highlighting a hidden spring or cave near the mesa. The map leads to Mesa Oasis Cache.
